The following terms & conditions apply to all Black Car Service reservations.
By completing a reservation online, the customer agrees to the rates, itinerary and policies provided here and during booking. Questions or concerns? Please get in touch.
Rates & Payment
Rates are based on vehicle class, distance, service time and other trip requirements. Your total rate, including applicable taxes and the standard 20% service charge, is provided before booking. Payment is due according to the terms provided through our secure reservation system.
Waiting Times & Additional Stops
Reservations are based on the itinerary and service time booked. Additional waiting time, stops, mileage or changes requested during the trip may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Availability
Specific vehicle makes and models are subject to availability. Farm Belle reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary.
Cancellation & Changes
Changes to a reservation are subject to availability and may affect the quoted rate. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the amount of notice provided. Any applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Passenger & Luggage Capacity
Passengers are responsible for providing an accurate passenger count and reasonable description of luggage when booking. Vehicle selection is based on the information provided, and Farm Belle cannot guarantee accommodation of passengers or belongings exceeding the reserved vehicle's capacity.
Pet Policy
Service animals are accommodated as required by law. Other pets may travel with advance approval and must remain in a secured carrier during transport. Passengers are responsible for any damages or cleaning charges resulting from their pet.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Farm Belle makes every reasonable effort to provide timely transportation but is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Safety & Security
For the protection of both passengers and drivers, vehicles are equipped with mobile security cameras. Recording practices are disclosed to passengers and conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Farm Belle Transportation is a new service of the social enterprise GreenRight, turning everyday travel and recreational spending into opportunities to strengthen our local economy. Through premium transportation, curated agritourism and affordable delivery, Farm Belle invites guests to experience the beauty of purpose-driven business firsthand—strengthening our local foodshed and supporting those who choose to grow, produce, purchase and serve responsibly.
Every Farm Treasure Trail booked helps finance an educational tour for someone who otherwise could not afford the experience, while a portion of GreenRight's profit supports health and human services for survivors of human trafficking. Our mission is to connect people across economic divides with the farms, businesses, knowledge and experiences that help our whole community thrive.
Small farms and independent agricultural businesses often lack the marketing reach, distribution infrastructure and steady customer traffic available to larger enterprises. At the same time, many travelers are looking for more meaningful ways to experience the places they visit.
Farm Belle bridges that gap by bringing customers directly to the people, places and practices that make our region distinctive—creating memorable experiences while generating new economic activity for the local agricultural community.
